NuFlow Trenchless Spokane - Trenchless Pipe Repair Process
Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining is a method of trenchless rehabilitation and restoration used in the repair of existing pipes. CIPP lining uses a textile liner tube and a liquid resin. Our Non-Pressurized Epoxy Lining technology allows us to restore and Re-Nu aged, corroded piping systems to offer our customers a “like new” condition without removing any pipes. The epoxy liner installed to the pipes interior will seal and protect the system from further deterioration, dramatically extending the life of the piping systems. This process can be used on a variety of piping materials, that includes clay, concrete, metal, iron steel, PVC and even fiberglass.

Standard dig-and-replace sewer repairs are performed by bringing in large excavation equipment to dig a long trench that exposes the pipe so that it can be disconnected from the surrounding pipes and removed. While effective, the downside of this method is the extensive collateral damage that occurs during the process as concrete, landscaping, stonework, and even mature trees must be removed to expose the pipe or make room for the equipment.
NuFlow trenchless repairs, on the other hand, use modern tools and techniques that enable us to access the pipe through small, pre-existing openings that can be easily opened with a very small hole. We can often restore hundreds of feet of damaged pipe with just a couple of easy-to-repair, four-foot holes, protecting the property from damage.
